A BIT ABOUT OUR WOVEN PATCHES...
Woven patches are incredibly versatile and find applications among bike enthusiasts as well as rescue personnel. These patches boast a unique quality where your design or logo is intricately woven into the fabric. They offer convenience through various attachment options, including sewing, Velcro, or the ‘iron on’ (heat seal) method.
Let’s delve into two primary patch types:
These patches involve threading the design directly into the fabric, resulting in a flat finish. This technique is ideal for intricate and detailed designs, making them stand out.
In contrast, embroidered patches have the design stitched onto the fabric’s surface, creating a raised effect that adds depth and texture to the patch, more suited to less detailed imagery.
When it comes to customization, the possibilities are nearly limitless. You can choose the size and shape that perfectly aligns with your vision, and the patches can be finished with either an overlocked edge or a laser-cut edge, depending on your preferences.
These patches are more than just accessories; they’re statement pieces that help you command attention and distinguish yourself from the crowd. Whether you opt for the detailed elegance of woven patches or the textured appeal of embroidered ones, the choice is ultimately yours to make.

Designing your patch...

We offer two types of edge for our Woven patches and the most common is the laser cut edge with no border. We also offer an overlocked edge, around 3mm. The badge can then be stitched onto the garment through the overlocked border.
Iron-on backing (or heat seal) is a great option if you’re not a fan of sewing! Just bear in mind the type of fabric this will be attached to and if it can take the heat.
Sew on badges do what they say on the tin and are easily applied by hand or sewing machine.
Velcro patches which come in two parts, the first is sewn onto the garment and the second which is then placed on top ideal when there are frequent badge changes.
